Política de cancelación

**Refunds**
* In the unlikely event that weather conditions become too bad to run the experience a full refund will be issued. We will let you know if the experience is cancelled as far in advance as possible.

**Cancellations**
* Customer cancellations must be made a minimum of 14 days before the experience to receive a refund.
* If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the experience no refunds or credit notes/gift cards will be issued.
* Participants that fail to show up will be charged in full, with no refunds or credit notes/gift cards.
* If your group arrives late (15 minutes after planned start) we may not be able to honour your booking due to experiences being scheduled around tide times - please make sure you leave some contingency if travelling a long distance.

**Changing your booking**
* We will endeavour to arrange any changes requested after booking, provided the request is made more than 7 days prior to the experience.
* Any changes are subject to our availability.
* In the case that your group size changes from the original booking we must receive notification at least 7 days prior to the experience start. We can then provide you with a credit note/gift card for participants who can’t attend.
* Refunds are not given for reduction of group size
* If the changes are made less than 7 days prior to the experience you are responsible for paying the full balance on the original booking and no credit notes or gift cards will be issued.
* In exceptional circumstances we may waiver the above. i.e. bereavement, serious illness, with a doctors note.

**Terms and Conditions of booking**
* Full payment must be made prior to the experience
* In the unlikely event of unfavourable weather conditions, we reserve the right to change the location of your experience for safety reasons. All experiences are based in North Devon and within 30 minutes drive of each other. We will work directly with your group and will let you know as far in advanced as possible of any changes to your original booking.
* Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to different recipients.
* Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of original purchase.
